Aerospace Day

Berlin-Brandenburg Aerospace Day provides an opportunity to define the location, to develop strategy, to present innovative projects and initiatives and to enable actors from business, the academic world, politics and economic development to network.
This event helps to draw the attention of national and international experts and of interested members of the general public to the development potentials of the sector in general and of the business ventures and academic institutions of the capital city region in particular.

Objectives
To bundle the potentials of participating companies and academic institutions in the region and to set up regular communication of innovative ideas and economic development impetus emanating from the sector, while anchoring them in public awareness in a targeted manner.
To establish contacts with other regional aerospace networks, to share experiences and thereby to extend in a targeted manner the leeway for action by actors in the Berlin-Brandenburg capital city region.

Target Groups
The target groups are aerospace enterprises, potential suppliers, service providers and other cooperation partners in other industries, universities, colleges and research institutes, associations, chambers, politicians and public sector institutions. Aerospace Day will be held annually as an important regional platform for the capital city region’s aerospace industry.

Highlight
As a part of Aerospace Day the annual Berlin-Brandenburg Lilienthal Prize will be presented.
